Remote Teams That Deliver

Our delivery teams span six time zones, and our clients rarely notice. That isn't an accident — it's a set of deliberate habits we've refined over a decade of distributed work.

Write it down by default

If it was only said in a call, it didn't happen. Decisions, context and status live in shared documents anyone can read at 9am their time. Meetings are for debate; records are for everything else.

Overlap hours are sacred

We protect two to three shared hours daily for pairing, reviews and unblocking — and defend the rest as focus time. Fewer meetings, but the ones we keep actually matter.

Demos beat status reports

Every week ends with working software on screen, not a slide deck about progress. Clients see reality early, and course corrections cost days instead of months.

Hire for communication

Remote delivery runs on clear writing and proactive updates. We screen for it explicitly — the best distributed engineer is rarely the fastest coder, but always the clearest communicator.
