Your Data, Our Expertise
Most companies don't have a data shortage — they have a trust shortage. Three dashboards, three definitions of "active user", zero confidence in any of them. Here's how we fix that.
One definition per metric
We start by writing down what each metric means, in plain language, with its owner and its SQL. The definitions live next to the dashboards, versioned like code. Arguments about numbers drop dramatically once everyone reads the same page.
Pipelines you can inspect
Black-box ETL breeds suspicion. We build pipelines with visible lineage — anyone can trace a dashboard number back to its source tables and transformations. Transparency is cheaper than reconciliation meetings.
Dashboards for decisions, not decoration
Every chart must answer a question someone actually asks. We interview stakeholders, delete the vanity metrics, and design each dashboard around the two or three decisions it exists to support.
Measure the trust
The real KPI of an analytics engagement isn't dashboard count — it's how often leaders cite the numbers in meetings without caveats. That's when you know the layer is working.
